Forms can be submitted on paper via letter (postal services) to our address or visit one of our office hours.
Application for a Resting Membership
If you don’t want to use the association’s services for a longer period of time (e.g. travelling or an internship), you can apply for the resting membership. The resting membership’s duration is at least two calendar months and at maximum six calendar months. It can be extended once. You don’t have to pay membership fees during this time.

Cancellation of the Membership
You won’t be able to use our services anymore after you’ve cancelled. Of course you also don’t have to pay membership fees any longer. The cancellation is possible to any upcoming end of a month.
The fastest and easiest way to cancel your membership is cancelling using my.selfnet.de. Using the MySelfnet to cancel your membership also saves you printing out the form on a piece of paper.

Under Age?
If you haven’t attained full age yet (18 years) you need your parents to sign our under-age-form.
